One of the biggest of blogging the to come up with good post that reader interest and keep them coming back. Sometimes I do not feel like I have a well original wisdom. It is reckless to think I could have a real top quality material over time.

2 - look for something that you can add. Blogs can be synergistic. Take a concept or part of a blog post and spend on it and give your opinions or viewpoints, insights. In many cases, this can start a flow of ideas that have enriched the original post.
3 - It is possible to use the post whole or most of the time only a part of it and people choose the original.
4 - I usually ask permission that has never been denied. After all copying helps the original author and collects them a bit 'of readers. And of course do not copy copy written material without permission (and most blogs are not written copy).
